St. Joseph Helpers

For many people building and fixing things is an interesting challenge, something constructive to be achieved. How would you like to meet the challenge and help someone in need at the same time? 

We invite you to join our social ministry at St. Martha — St Joseph's Helpers. In helping others through our building skills, we emulate the Patron Saint of our ministry, St. Joseph the Worker who, with his God-given talents, nourished the household of Jesus and Mary.

If you are a handy person and want to share your time and talent, we need you. We need men or women who would like to repair the dwellings of needy people in our community during weekends. This would allow people with varying degrees of skills and time availability to participate.

We also welcome high school and college students who would undertake special tasks (painting, and landscaping) under supervision.
