Retreats

Retreats are a great way for teens to take a step back from all of the busyness and stress of their daily lives, and spend some time away with God.
Retreats offer perspective, rest, rejuvenation, and – most importantly – encounter with Christ.

St. Martha Youth Ministry offers several retreats each year for high school youth.!
 
Open to Teens in Grades 10-12 and in the 2nd year of Confirmation Prep.
Confirmation Retreat
This retreat is designed to lead teens into closer communion with Christ, and teach them how to live out their faith in the world. This is a great opportunity for ongoing conversion and faith formation.
 
Open to Teens in Grades 11 & 12
Surfside Beach Retreat
Late Winter/ Early Spring
This retreat is an opportunity for Juniors and Seniors to continue to deepen their faith. This retreat has the Sacraments at its center, with opportunities to celebrate the Mass and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, along with Eucharistic Adoration. The purpose of this retreat is to equip these older teens to live as disciples in the world, even when they have moved on from high school. There is time for personal and group reflection and prayer, worship through music, and free time at the beach.
