Encounter

Encounter is a supplemental night of faith formation composed of large group meetings, social nights, and small groups. Encounter is for Junior High students from 6th-8th Grade who want additional opportunities to deepen their formation. This does not act as an alternative to our Edge Faith Formation Program.

Encounter nights will focus on forming Christ-centered fellowship, developing one’s prayer life, intellectual understanding of the Faith, and, ultimately, entering into greater love of Jesus Christ. The goal of Encounter is to form missionary disciples who are consistently choosing Jesus Christ.

Program Details:
 

• Open to all 6th - 8th graders. (No Registration Needed)

• Encounter this Spring and Summer (2023) will take place on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:45pm on the following dates:
  • March 2, 16, 30
  • April 13, 27
  • June 8, 29
  • July 27

• We meet in the Youth Center at the Woodland Hills Faith Formation Campus, 3702 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339.
