This coming Wednesday is Ignite! Our guest speaker is David Thies. David works full-time with Gratia Plena Counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. He holds a master’s degree in Theology from the University of St. Thomas and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Lamar University. Previously, he worked at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church as the High School Minister for 12 years. He knows, loves and works with teens. 

His topic is, "Living Virtuously in a Modern World!" He will talk about navigating this modern life as Catholic-Christian teen. One thing I am looking forward to hear him talk about is cell phone addiction and the influence of social media on our teens - he also will sing a couple of songs!
