Extraordinary Minister(s) of Holy Communion

The Liturgy of the Eucharist is the very Heart of The Mass

Jesus said to His disciples: “Take this bread and eat it: this is my body…

Drink this cup… for this is my blood of the covenant…” Matthew 26: 26-28

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are called by God to become servants to other members of the Body of Christ.  The Primary function of an Extraordinary Minster is to assist the priest in distributing the true presence of Christ to other members during the sacrifice of the Mass.
