The St. Martha Social Service Ministry is dedicated to Christ's call of love for one another by actively participating in the sharing of the basic physical and spiritual needs of life and the preservation of human dignity for all people.

In 1991, St.Martha's Kitchen became a reality when the Parish Council, with the overwhelming support of the parishioners, decided to begin a social ministry program that would enhance the established Guadalupe Area Social Services Program.

It is with deep faith in Christ that we undertake this large scale project and commit our Parish' resources and manpower.

Although Martha's Kitchen is staffed by full time personnel who are skilled in kitchen management, nutrition and spiritual ministry, a substantial part of the daily activity is performed by many generous Parish Volunteers.
